ESN changes & swaps do NOT include any free minutes.

We do NOT give refunds on ESN Changes for ANY reason, but we will save a credit for you if it fails.

An ESN Change transfers your Page Plus service and phone number to an inactive phone,
making your original phone inactive and activating the new phone. No free minutes are included.

WARNINGS: Page Plus has now banned all PREPAID VERIZON PHONES AND ALL BLACKBERRYS!!........We do not give refunds on ESN changes that fail - Your new phone must not be active on any carrier and must not be listed as lost/stolen or have an outstanding balance on a contract. Your new phone must be in good working condition and be a compatible "Verizon" phone and your new phone must not be any Prepaid Verizon phone, or any Blackberry

If you need to swap two active Page Plus phones - that requires an "ESN SWAP", not an "ESN change", You will need to call Page Plus to do an "ESN swap" between 2 active phones.
